New Australian Standard for Oral Drug Testing
Australian Standard AS4760
On the 1st November, 2006 the Australian Standard AS4760 for oral fluid drug testing was published. This standard provides the guidelines for workplace drug testing and acknowledges that oral fluid drug testing is a non-intrusive and dignified process. The drugs detected in oral fluid correlate with drugs present in the blood, providing a reliable indication of recent use. This makes oral fluid drug testing the most appropriate for your workplace.
